Dr. Jamil Kabbara is a physician, healthcare executive, and development consultant with more than four decades of international experience spanning clinical medicine, hospital management, investment advisory, and business development.
His career includes founding Hospital Management and Development in France, leading Kabbara Consulting in Syria and Kabbara Medical Consulting in Qatar, and serving as CEO of Jasmin Consulting in Qatar. He has also served as CEO and partner at Gulf Systems Qatar, advised the French and Saudi ministries of health, and supported life-sciences and technology investment funds.
He holds a medical doctorate from Saint Joseph University, a qualification in ophthalmology from Paris VI, and a postgraduate diploma in health economics from Paris VII. His training also includes an ophthalmology research fellowship and postgraduate programs in health policy and management at Harvard University.
